Are health clubs/fitness gyms profitable?
I am interested in opening a health club or fitness gym or whatever you prefer to call it, but I was wondering if it is worth the time and effort. I am trying to start my research, but have found nothing so far on how much would be a reasonable amount to pay myself as the owner. Can anyone help me out?
How can i get over my fear of health clubs?

Seriously! What are the real reasons people go to the gym / health clubs?
Not just weight loss... but do they want weight loss.Not just muscle tone... but why do they want muscle tone.Not just my doctor said... but why did the doctor say...Yes this is a serious question... every reason why people got to a health club.Please dig deep there are second and third tier reasons why people go and keep coming back.

Student Prices at Goodlife Health Clubs (Brisbane)?
Hi,just wondering if any of you guys are or have signed up at any Goodlife centre in Brisbane as a student and if so can tell me the rough cost...?My mate says that they delibrately don't advertise rates on their website or give them out over the phone so that they can get a personal trainer to individually schmooze you and try and get you to fork over as much as possible.Some how this doesn't seem right... and it would be really sleazy sAny suggestions?I'm thinking about joining the one at graceville.
