Where can I buy home fitness equipment?
I want to buy some home fitness equpiment like a Exercise Bike, a Runner, Cross Trainer etc but I don't know any shops that sell any so can you tell me any shops that I can buy fitness equpiment in please?. I know Argos sells them but are there any other shops?. Also I'm not being funny arrogant or ungrateful or any thing but can you please not give me any suggestions of online stores, I don't buy things online. Question about fitness equipment?
ok so I want to get fit again. I gained some weight because of where I work MCdonalds and I went through a depression. I used to be able to run 3 miles nonstop now I can't. Considering I was 210 at one point I think I was doing good. I was doing crunches and sit ups but then depression hit me. blah so I bought some 25 lb weights and I'm looking to buy some more stuff. Considering I have a limited budget and only walmart to go shopping what do you guys recommend I should buy? PS. I can only work out at least twice a week I can try 3 times a week but it will have to be later on so it doesn't affect my job.I also attend school I leave school at 2 and enter work at 3 sometimes 4

I need an expert oppinion on this. Have anyone ever filed a lawsuit against fitness equipment company? TRX?
I was working out in a small group class with TRX and the skin came off my right triceps. There was a lot of blood. I have at least 10 witnesses and pictures that I took with my phone. Gym manager has pictures too. I don't want to sue the trainer or the gym for using dangerious equipment like TRX. I want to sue FitnessAnywhere for producing recless equipment. Does anyone know how to go about the law suit and how much is it going to cost? Does anyone know a lawer in CA that will take the case pro bono and split the money if we win? Does pictures of the laceration and witness enough for a proof? Or perhaps I can just email everything to TRX and they will cover the hospital cost and some money for me being hurt?Just adding additional details. Thank you for your answers. I was out of work for 3 days, can't use my arm for 2 weeks. Can you sue for emotional damages? I was hurt and embarrassed The gym owner visited me in the hospital and the whole hoopla, just to make sure I won't sue. I was not going to, but the gym made my experience better. Contacted TRX, they gave me the nastiest reply. I am going to write back and fourth with them and than use the information in court. They claim that I did not use the equipment correctly. I was with their " certified" instructor, who is a nice guys, but should not be certificed, because he was in front of me the whole time and did not correct me. That is if I was using the equipment wrong. Since there was damage to my body can I file criminal case against TRX? I want to get as much info as possible, because the lawyers charge a lot just to talk to them. Your husband is a lawyer? Is he the right one for this lawsuit? Does he do litigations?

I just joined a gym 3 wks. ago nobody is there to " watch over" us we have a card to get in the door. It's been yrs. since I've used this equipment & much has changed. Some of the stuff I don't really understand how to use and what it's good for. Is there a website something on youtube that will show me how to use certain equipment AND what muscles, etc. they are good for? not including treadmill, elliptical, bench press . Thank you

I was planning on getting a membership for the ymca and i just wanted to make sure they have fitness equipment, because that's basically the only reason im getting a membership, i will use the open lanes to swim aswell, but i want to go on treadmills and do some leg exercises ect.so i was just wondering if the Y has a full equipped gym?
