What are some fitness workouts to do at home?
I am looking for some fitness workouts to do at home that dont require any equipment. I already do push ups, sit ups, elbow dips, crunches and a few others. Are there any other exercises i can do similar to those?

DVD: teen fitness workouts?
Do you know any fitness DVDs for teens?I know there are a lot of DVD workouts from boot camps to 20 minutes solution to P90XI have also seen there are lot of DVDs like that for children Denise Austin's Fit Kids, Kick to get Fit Jr., Fit Stick Kids Workout, Shaun T. Fit Kids, Fit Factor Kids... but couldn't find anything geared towards teens.The only exception is Leslie Sansone Teen Walk, that looks good enough youtube.com watch?v PqdQp87Sy4Q but I'm looking for other stuff like boot camps, calisthenics, intensity cardio, kick boxingDo you know anything like that, workouts on DVD for teens?Thanks

Multiple fitness workouts?
I'm in my late teens and want to improve my fitness through personal training. I'm quite skinny and want to bulk up but also want to start running to improve my cardio. To do either of these things demands three workouts a week, taking every second day off to recover. What I want to know is, is it safe to do both regimes in the week ie. Jog Monday, lift weights Tuesday, jog Wednesday etc. Taking weekends off for recovery?

How and when do i know to change my fitness workouts/routine, what is this so called muscle confusion theory?
when should or must i know to change my routine and workouts due to the ineffectiveness of a certain workout and can i ever go back to a certain routine and when should i know that i can go back into a certain workout?? lolwhat is this so called muscle confusion theory or is it merely a myth??is P90X and other beach body fitness programs, healthy for us physically and mentally and possibly emotionally??if so, why are those home fitness programs from the beach body company, healthy in those aspects? sorry for a lot of questions lol i would rather know for sure , then to try while not knowing and get possible injuries.bein safe and careful is good lol
