Question about health/fitness and energy....?
So, in 2 weeks i have soccer tryouts which will be 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours at night Mon Fri. And on Tuesday and Thursday i will have mandatory cheer practice for 2 hours right after the second session. I'm scared I'll be too tired to do everything... so is there anything i can eat the night before to be prepared.. like water? What kind of protein should i be eating? Oh yeah and i am in shape, and i'm working on being even more in shape..

Basics 17, Male, Weight 122 PoundsHeight 6 feetI was ALWAYS the biggest kid growing up in elementary school and middle school, then freshman year in high school I just stopped eating and I lost too much weight, it was really bad and I was about 100 pounds for a while and I think I might be paying the price for all the abuse I did to my body.So I have been recently. for the past 6 months trying to get in better shape, trying to get healthy and fit. So about 6 months ago I started working out and eating very healthy. I've been a vegetarian for about 3 or 4 years now and I've been trying to get all my protein in for the day, I drink protein drinks, eat protein bars and eat soy tofu based products.I have been trying to put on some MUSCLE weight but I have barely been seeing results, if any at all. My arms are still really thin, my legs are pretty much the same and my stomach, in my opinion is very big and that's my main focus. I go to the gym about 4 times a week and my routine is 1 hour of cardio and 30 45 minutes of weights. I also will run and ride my bike or do some cardio on my off time. My eating routine is usually as follows Breakfast Oatmeal low carb with a banana and a 8 oz. glass of orange juiceWORKOUTSnack A plate of fruit and a protein shakeLunch Soy chicken patty Snack Fiber one barDinner Soy hamburger or tofu with some steamed vegetablesDesert Probiotic yogurt Plus I drink A LOT of water and I make sure I keep myself hydrated. I try to cut out unnecessary carbs.I really don't see what I'm doing wrong could someone PLEASE let me know what I've been doing wrong lately ?
