I have to do a questionnaire type survey for my Fitness Contract Class, so I need some questions to ask at the gym. I'm going to be handing out a survey for random gym members to fill out. Some questions I could ask What kinds of activity do you do for cardiovascular fitness?How has your fitness and physical activity changed over the years?Are you more fit and active now?I just need several more open or even some closed ended questions for people to answer. I don't want to bogg people down of their workout times, but I do need this for my fitness class because if I don't get this in, I don't graduate high school.
